1. In compliance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998, the following information relates to the processing by us of your personal data. Please note that in this Privacy Notice “we” or “us” refers to Rocket Rights Limited who own and operate rocketrights.com (“the Site”).

9. We use the Barclaycard Business secure online service for our card payment authorisation. When you make a purchase from our website and proceed to checkout you are directed to the Barclaycard Business ePDQ CPI, a secure payment environment where you can pay by credit or debit card. The Barclaycard Business ePDQ CPI automates and completes the transaction in full.
10. Information about our customers is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only as described below, (and as otherwise set out in this Privacy Notice):
(a) We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments and providing customer service.
